Worked with top executives and the chairman. Established a secondary site for R&D research support. Hired and supervised a staff of 15. Planned spaces. Budget: $2.5 million. Conducted and supervised competitive intelligence work. Helped evaluate technical projects such as machine learning, mobile technology, and also Mergers & Acquisitions opportunities.
